Project Proposal Approval (Mandatory)

No student may begin implementation without proposal approval. Unapproved projects will not be evaluated.

Proposal Document Format (1 Page Maximum)

1. Project Title
2. Problem Statement (max 150 words)
3. Target User
4. Core Features (Bullet Points)
5. OOP Concepts to be Used
   • Abstraction
   • Inheritance
   • Polymorphism
   • Exception Handling
   • Collections / Threads (if applicable)
6. Proposed Architecture Description (short paragraph)

Approval Process

1. Submit proposal PDF. Proposal submission Link. Deadline: 08 March 2026
2. Faculty review.
3. Approved / Revision Required.
4. Start implementation only after approval.

Important: Weak, vague, or tutorial-based ideas will be rejected.
